Doctors where very understanding and spine ro my career to ask questions

Someone who has learning disabilities find staying in hospital overwhelming and over stimulating it would be helpful to have a quiet room for them to relax and calm

When I came in this hospital I felt young nurses were bit bossy un experience , made me upset I told them no one wish to be in hospital unfortunately I’m here . Later on I was ok Nurses should be kind and professional Food very good My bed next to window I really like watching people walking outside with their dogs graveyard is very peaceful place to be walk in Beautiful setting here

I do get upset when watching other patient when they don’t get help on time

I was seen on time. Very pleasant Physio. Kind, efficient and informative. Has been consistently so on all my visits. Very impressed with the service. Premises always clean and bright.

Not many parking spaces near Physio department. Several obstructed by barriers in place due to work being carried out in another building and often, whilst the existing bays are not occupied, other large work vehicles/ delivery vehicles park in such a way as to make getting into marked bays impossible. Obviously, if you need Physio, you have a physical impairment, which means that adequate, accessible, nearby parking is a must!

I was kept informed throughout the whole process, from referral to attending the appointment. [name removed] was very professional and explained the whole process as she diagnosed the problem. She explained the diagnosis and exercises really well and I was seen promptly and didn't feel rushed in the appointment. The location was very convenient and the receptionist explained exactly how to find the department when I booked.
